Don't be afraid of dogs, beware human beings
In times of the war and economic crisis in the country Ukrainians do not care about "minor problems".
While in the East there are fights, in the seemingly peaceful capital there is a "massacre" against homeless animals.

The main characters of the film genuinely hate each other. The popular in the city dog hunter is happy to tell to journalists about the way he kills stray dogs. And the volunteers of the dog shelter "Rifugio" try to find strenght to work further after the accident which happened at the day of Easter on April 2015. The shelter was set on fire and 70 dogs were burned alive.

A quiet morning makes way through the branches of trees to the window of the young married couple. She helps him
to string a tie, and he offers to buy a dog. It seems that death is something that happens only on TV and only with
bad people. One incorrect motion and this comfortable world turns upside down at once.
They get into a car crash. Ambulance is not going to help
to all the victims. "The strongest will survive" they
decide. The girl realizes the only way to save the life to her
husband is to kill the old man.
